HIgh School Meme
Feb. 9th, 2009 09:08 amHigh school was kind of a blur for me, but I'll give it a shot.
1. Did you date someone from your school?Three Four cute nerdy boys. (no, not at the same time) I don't really remember their names.
2. Did you marry someone from your high school? Ahaha. No.
3. Did you car pool to school? Naw. Forced my Dad to drive me and my little brother to school till I got my license, then drove myself to school.
4. What kind of car did you have? Drove my dad's Honda SUV in high school.
5. What kind of car do you have now? ...It used to be sedan. Now it's a pile of slag with an engine.
6. It's Friday night...where are you? (then): Sparring class, getting the crap kicked out of me by my sensei.
7. It is Friday night...where are you? (now): Sparring class, kicking the crap out of all the students.
8. What kind of job did you have in high school?,unwilling babysitter (oh god I still feel sorry for what I put those kids through.
9. What kind of job do you do now? Student. Karate teacher. Party caterer.
10. Were you a party animal? ...Do study groups count?
11. Were you considered a flirt? I was friendly, which was misinterpreted by, well, everybody.
12. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? No. I was in orchestra and choir in middle school, got burnout and quit both in high school.
13. Were you a nerd? I hung out with nerds, so I was considered a nerd. I didn't consider myself a nerd, mostly because math made me cry.
14. Did you get suspended or expelled? No. Again, I had a reputation for being a goody-little-two shoes and a nerd, so teachers kind of...let me get away with things.
15. Can you sing the fight song? ...the whatsit?
16. Who was/were your favorite teacher/s? my 11th grade social studies teacher, mostly because he was a crazy son of a bitch, and my 12th grade Spanish teacher.
17. Where did you sit during lunch? in the junior/senior section, wherever my friends were. if they weren't there, i ate in the high school lit magazine office.
18. What was your school mascot? A fat man in a suit with a monocle. the Baron. oh, the everlasting shame.
19.If you could go back and do it again, would you? I'd do it again to do it better, not because it was fun.
20. Did you have fun at Prom? Prom was okay, if vastly overrated. They had chocolate-dipped strawberries, so it wasn't a complete waste of the evening.
21. Do you still talk to the person you went to Prom with? I went stag.
22. Are you planning on going to your next reunion? If there's nothing better to do.
23. Do you still talk to people from school? Sure, they're a riot.
